ABOUT KASTOR

Taking care of what we share.

We want to make looking after your building simpler. We’re starting in Lisbon, with a team you can talk to and information that’s easy to follow.

Let’s get to know your building.

The Kastor team helps owners look after the places they share. We start by listening to what’s happening in your building and seeing how we can help. Before you go ahead, you’ll know who your manager is, how to reach them and when we can start.

Technology helps us organise accounts, documents and requests. Our team looks after your building and remains responsible for decisions, approvals and working with suppliers.

What you can expect from us

Your proposal explains the service, timings and contact details. We check that we have room to give your building the attention it needs before we start.

  • A useful response

A target for a useful first response within two working days: a person, a next step and an update expectation. An automatic acknowledgement is not a resolution.

  • Understandable accounts

Reviewed monthly publication with an operating balance, separate reserve and supporting records. The schedule is agreed in the proposal.

  • Help with your requests

A manager follows issues with information on what is still needed and verification of work before closure.

  • Know what’s included

Scope, VAT, extras, manager, contacts, hours and start date confirmed before contracting. The condominium keeps its own bank account.

Let’s talk

Tell us about your building.

Tell us about your building and what you’d like to improve. We start with a free 45-minute assessment, then explain how we can help and what it would cost.

  • No commitment to switch
  • In Portuguese or English
  • We start by understanding what you need
