€15 per unit per month, with a minimum fee of €105, plus VAT. For buildings with 40 or more units, we prepare an individual quote.

Major works, legal support, sorting out historic accounts and other additional work are quoted separately. Building expenses are separate from our management fee.

An annual price with clear scope
4, 6 or 7 units: €105/month or €1,260/year, excluding VAT. 12 units: €180/month or €2,160/year, excluding VAT. 30 units: €450/month or €5,400/year, excluding VAT.
Separate extras and building expenses
The final proposal identifies included meetings, visits, extraordinary work and handover costs. The building pays its suppliers, works and insurance separately. This calculator authorises no extraordinary services.
